- Adaptable to most chemistries. We have made electrodes for Li-ion cathodes and anodes, sodium batteries, and supercapacitors, as well as for capacitive de-ionization applications.
- High density and high power.
- Low binder content: 1% – 10% depending on material.
- Thicknesses from less than 100 microns to millimeters.
- Electrodes can be made freestanding or laminated to current collector.
- Continuous process. Pilot or lab scale available: widths up to 350 mm.
